La Rabida’s Corporate Advisory Board hosted the annual Back-to-School Dance for 150 patients and families on August 24th. Kids enjoyed music, food, drinks and magic while celebrating with friends.

“We believe in offering world class healthcare, but we also want to make sure that kids don’t miss out on being kids. We strive to offer opportunities for our patients and their families to enjoy events like the Back-to-School Dance, so they can have a break and enjoy the fun of childhood,” stated Brenda Wolf, La Rabida’s president and CEO.

This year, the Corporate Advisory Board raised over $11,000 for the event; proceeds benefit the hospital. The business community also showed their support by sponsoring this unique event.
