Our Approach
Our outpatient clinic offers family-centered primary care for children and youth with complex medical and developmental needs.
With passion, knowledge and training for working with children with special health care needs, our board certified pediatricians lead our team of clinicians who work in partnership with each family to meet their child’s medical, developmental and social emotional needs. Together, the physician and their team identifies and assesses the child’s health and development to ensure they receive the best services and create a plan designed specifically for them.
Recognized by the National Committee on Quality Assurance, our Patient Centered Medical Home delivers care that is family centered, comprehensive, team driven, coordinated and holistically addresses the child’s needs. Each child receives routine check-ups, immunizations and care from a pediatrician who also talks with parents about testing and treatment options, as well as provides thorough explanation of results. Our care team helps families set immediate and future goals for their child’s care by offering specialized primary care programs tailored to the specific needs of children with complex medical conditions.
