Through hands-on education, advocacy and specialty care, we support and encourage families, helping them navigate their lives both in and outside our walls.
To meet the special needs of children with chronic conditions, we offer a wide range of outpatient services on our Lake Michigan campus and additional services at locations in the Chicago suburbs and northwest Indiana.
Our outpatient center is staffed by physicians all specializing in the treatment of children with special needs. We provide outpatient care in the following areas:
- Asthma
- Behavioral and mental health
- Cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular disorders
- Developmental Disabilities
- Diabetes
- Down Syndrome
- Rehabilitation
- Physical, occupational and speech/language therapy
- Sickle cell disease
