CVS Caremark Charitable Trust Awards Grants Benefiting Children with Disabilities, Uninsured

A Big Thanks to CVS!

CVS Caremark Charitable Trust has awarded our Premier Kids Program a $15,000 grant.  Funding will be used to help staff provide specialty and primary care health care and support services to children age five and under with or at risk for developmental delays and disabilities.

The CVS Caremark Charitable Trust, Inc. is a private foundation created by CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE: CVS).
