Giving to La Rabida

The only hospital of it's kind in Chicago, we specialize in treatment of chronic illnesses, developmental disabilities, abuse, and trauma.
 

Our young patients have medically-complex conditions that require costly, day-after-day management.  And our mission is simple:  we care for children with lifelong challenges.  Since 1896, no child has been turned away due to a family's inability to pay.

Every year we treat more than 9,000 children, most are Medicaid eligible or have exceeded the lifetime maximum of their family's private insurance.

By becoming a contributor, you help ensure that every child with special needs receives beyond medicine care.  Without La Rabida, many of the children we serve would be unable to reliably access the scope of care they need to survive and thrive.

We offer many types of giving and options for how to make a gift.
